Assistant Manager / Manager, EASY Operational Excellence

Desksprisi Tugas:
- Operations Management
- Monitor and perform investigations on transactions related to reversal and suspense accounts.
- Undertake verification checks on Mobius reports and perform the necessary investigations and action where required.
- Coordinate bill payment for business units and liaise with Finance on settlement issues.
- Provide helpdesk and advisory support to business units on operational and production related issues.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on Complaints Management
- Monitor request for Customer Information change and action on multiple CIS data.
- Monitor audit trail reports and Coordinate with relevant SBUs/SFUs on actions taken in respect of irregularities and frauds.
- Support BCP Plan for respective Division and Business Units for continuity management
- Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for new products and existing process improvement.
- IT Solutions Management
- Support UAT testing related to Product and Operational Workflow.
- Escalation of system issues to IT and monitoring the root cause and action plan on all production related issues till resolution.
- Coordinate and solve production issues with product owners and relevant stakeholders.
Syarat Kelayakan:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 3-5 years experience in Financial sector operations, particularly day to day operational works, procedures and processes
- Experienced in back room operations function and having managed a team.
- Hardworking and have a knack on Process Improvement Initiative.
